When submitting an interim payment request, allow the RDS Secure Website several minutes to provide confirmation that the request has been submitted. If a user does not wait for confirmation and submits a second payment request while another request is processing, the RDS Secure Website will display an error screen. An application can only have one payment request in process at a time.
A payment request can be viewed in the RDS Secure Website using the Payment History action. Note that it may take several days after a payment request is made for the payment event to appear in the event list on the Payment Event History page. For information on accessing Payment History, refer to Access Payment History in the RDS User Guide. If more than two weeks have elapsed without a payment request event, contact CMS' RDS Center.
