Quick Access Reports Setup On The RDS Secure Website

Requesting Quick Access Reports – Plan Sponsor Account Manager, Authorized Representative, and Designees

  1. Access The RDS Secure Website.

On the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page:

  1. Select My Reports in the navigation bar.

     Select [My Reports] on Menu Bar

On the Report Settings page:

  1. In the Report Options table, select the checkbox in the Request Report column that corresponds to the Report Name.
  2. Select either the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly radio button to indicate the frequency to run the reports.
  3. Select Continue to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page.

     Choose Reporting Frequency, Select [Continue]

On the Report Settings Verification page:

  1. Select Confirm to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Report Settings page.

     Select [Confirm]

On the Report Settings Confirmation page:

  1. Print this page for your records.
  2. Select Continue to return to the My Reports page.

     Select [Continue]

On the My Reports page:

Note: The screen indicates that Report Options have been successfully configured. Report generation depends on the frequency selected during setup. For example, if the Daily frequency is selected, reports are available the next weekday and then on each weekday thereafter.

  1. Select Continue to return to the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page.

     Select [Continue]

Viewing Quick Access Reports – Plan Sponsor Account Manager, Authorized Representative, and Designees

  1. Access The RDS Secure Website.

On the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page:

  1. Select My Reports in the navigation bar.

     Select [My Reports] on Menu Bar

On the My Reports page:

Note: All available reports display in the Quick Access Reports Available For Download table.

  1. To open or save a report, select the corresponding link under the File Name header.
  2. Select Continue to return to the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page.

     Select File Name and [Continue]

Changing Quick Access Report Settings and Suspending Quick Access Report Delivery - Plan Sponsor Account Manager, Authorized Representative, and Designees

  1. Access The RDS Secure Website.

On the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page:

  1. Select My Reports in the navigation bar.

     Select [My Reports] on Menu

On the My Reports page:

  1. Select Report Settings.

     Select [Report Settings]

On the Report Settings page:

Note: This page allows you to suspend delivery of a report (go to: instruction 4) or change the frequency of the report delivery (go to: instruction 5).

  1. To suspend delivery of a report, in the Report Options table, select the checkbox in the Request Report column that corresponds with the Report Name to remove the selection.
  2. To change the frequency of report delivery, select the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly radio button to indicate the frequency to run the reports.
  3. Select Continue to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Plan Sponsor List with Application Summary page.

     Choose Reporting Frequency, Select [Continue]

On the Report Settings Verification page:

  1. Select Confirm to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Report Settings page.

     Select [Confirm]

On the Report Settings Confirmation page:

  1. Select Continue to return to the My Reports page.
  2. Print this page for your records.

     Select [Continue] and Print

On the My Reports page:

  1. If you suspended the delivery of a report (go to: instruction 4), it now displays as “Not Requested” in the Reporting Frequency table. If you changed the Reporting Frequency (go to: instruction 5), the new frequency displays.

     

Quick Access Reports - Vendor Composite Report Recipients

Assigning Vendor Composite Report Recipient Role

To begin receiving Quick Access Reports (QAR), the Vendor must first specify one individual who has a current and active RDS Secure Website account to be the Vendor Composite Report Recipient. The Vendor Composite Report Recipient has access to cost reporting information associated with the Vendor ID regardless of whether or not the individual is assigned to the Application. This includes select Application data such as retiree counts and totals paid to date.

Requesting Quick Access Report Delivery – Vendor Composite Report Recipients

To request Quick Access Report (QAR) delivery, the Vendor must contact CMS' RDS Center and identify the individual with a current and active RDS Secure Website account who will be the Vendor Composite Report Recipient. The Vendor must provide the Vendor ID and the Vendor Composite Report Recipient’s Name and Email Address.

Confirmation Email

After the Vendor Composite Report Recipient has been successfully processed and assigned reporting access, the recipient receives a system-generated email message.

Ordering Quick Access Reports – Vendor Composite Report Recipients

After the Vendor Composite Report Recipient Assignment email has been received, Vendor Composite Report Recipients are able to request and access Quick Access Reports (QAR) using the same method as Account Managers, Authorized Representatives, and Designees. Exclude Plan Sponsor Information from a Vendor Composite Report Recipient

A Plan Sponsor may also choose to exclude a Vendor Composite Report Recipient from receiving any Application information that was not supplied by the Vendor.

Note: The Account Manager is the only RDS Secure Website user with the authority to agree to share information with the Vendor Composite Report Recipient.

Include or Exclude Plan Sponsor Information for a Vendor Composite Report Recipient

  1. Access The RDS Secure Website

On the Application List page:

  1. Select Plan Sponsor Information in the Account Settings box.

     Select [Plan Sponsor Information]

On the Edit Plan Sponsor Information page:

  1. Select the Yes radio button to include Vendor data in the reports for the Vendor Composite Report Recipient or select the No radio button to opt-out and exclude this data from the Vendor Composite Recipient’s reports.
  2. Select Continue to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Application List page.

     Select [Yes] Radio Button, Select [Continue]

On the Plan Sponsor Information Verification page:

  1. Review the Plan Sponsor Information.
  2. Select Confirm to proceed or select Cancel to return to the Edit Plan Sponsor Information page.

      Select [Confirm]

On the Plan Sponsor Information Confirmation page:

  1. Select Continue to return to the Application List page.
  2. Print this page for your records.

     Select [Continue]
