CMS' RDS Center will perform system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, September 12, 2025, beginning at 9:00PM ET and concluding Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 10:00AM ET. The SWS will be available during this time with the following limitations until after system maintenance concludes: Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS; Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download; and Covered Retiree Lists requested during this time will not be available to view or download. Ensure You Receive RDS Emails

CMS' RDS Center's official means of communication to the Plan Sponsor is through email. Ensure you receive important emails such as deadline reminders and application approval notifications.

Take the following actions to receive this information:

  1. Verify you have a valid email address in the RDS system. Refer to Manage User Information for step-by-step instructions to update your information in the RDS Secure Website.
  2. Make the necessary adjustments to your email account or contact your network administrator to ensure that emails sent from RDS email addresses are not blocked by any spam filters or Blocked Senders Lists.
