141	Application is in Submitted Status The Application has been submitted to CMS' RDS Center. This Application status occurs when the Plan Sponsor has signed the Plan Sponsor Agreement. Cost Reports are not accepted while the Application is in this status.
142	Application is in Application Error status The Application has moved into the “Application Error” status within the last 30 days. Cost Reports are not accepted while the Application is in this status.
143	Application is in Withdrawn status The Application has been withdrawn from the RDS Program within the last 30 days. Cost Reports are not accepted for this Application.
144	Application is in Denied status The Application has been denied within the last 30 days. Cost Reports are not accepted for this Application.
145	Application is in Incomplete status The Application has moved into the “Incomplete” status within the last 30 days. Cost Reports are not accepted while the Application is in this status.
146	Application is in Deleted status The Application has moved into the “Deleted” status within the last 30 days. Cost Reports are not accepted for this Application.
147	Last Interim Cost Report Rejected: Vendor not assigned to Benefit Option The Application is approved, and Interim Reporting is open. The Vendor has submitted a Cost Report, but the Vendor has not been assigned to the Application or the Benefit Option. The Vendor and Plan Sponsor are alerted that the Vendor's Interim Cost Report has been rejected.
148	Last Final Cost Report Rejected: Vendor not assigned to Benefit Option The Application is in Reconciliation. The Vendor has submitted a Cost Report but has not been assigned to the Application or Benefit Option. The Vendor and Plan Sponsor are alerted that the Vendor's Final Cost Report has been rejected.
149	Authorized Representative has not been verified The Authorized Representative has not been verified on the Application.
150	Plan Sponsor has opted out of displaying their information The Plan Sponsor has opted out of having their information displayed on the Vendor Composite’s Quick Access Reports.
