On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS') Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) Center hosted a Listening Session Webinar about the upcoming Secure Website Modernization initiative and how this project will impact the RDS Program. Demonstrations of many of the new pages were presented to participants. Polling questions were asked to capture user feedback on the updated design and on the various educational support materials present in the Resource Library.
