A Designee is an optional user role. A Designee or multiple Designees are created by the Account Manager or Authorized Representative to assist with RDS Secure Website tasks. For more information about the Designee role, refer to RDS Secure Website User Roles and Other Program Stakeholders in the RDS User Guide. Note: An individual may only be assigned one role at a time within the RDS system.
