CMS' RDS Center is pleased to announce the addition of two new videos to the RDS TV library:
- Reassigning the Authorized Representative or Account Manager: The purpose of this video is to show Account Managers and Authorized Representatives how to reassign these required user roles in the RDS Secure Website. It is intended for current RDS Plan Sponsors.
- Payment Setup Step 4: This video is intended for Plan Sponsors looking to assign a Vendor to report costs as well as Plan Sponsors completing Payment Setup prior to the start of their Reconciliation.
New videos will be added periodically and users will be notified when they are available.
