You are invited to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) Event: The New RDS Secure Website Launch Webinar.

The New RDS Secure Website Launch Webinar is intended for all RDS participants with active Secure Website accounts. During the webinar, CMS’ RDS Center will discuss the major enhancements and modifications being introduced with the release of the new RDS Secure Website, currently scheduled to go live early in 2022. Additional details, including the Go Live date, will be publicized as they become available.

Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and questions to CMS’ RDS Center after the event has concluded using the RDS Secure Website Support Request feature, or by emailing CMS’ RDS Center at RDS@cms.hhs.gov. The event will not include chat or live questions.

This presentation is intended for all Plan Sponsors and Vendors who use the RDS Secure Website. The event recording will be posted to the RDS Program Website for reference after the event has concluded.

The event will be conducted using Zoom. A Zoom account is not required to participate; however, registration for this event is required. You can attend this event using your registered RDS email address. 

You can add this event to your calendar using the Add to calendar link that is available on the Meeting Registration approval page, or by using the links available in your confirmation email.

This event is a live webcast that includes pre-recorded screen navigations. Audio and video will stream to your device during the webinar. You can listen using your computer speakers or headphones. It may be necessary to adjust your device output volume. 

To join and listen to audio-only, you can dial in from your phone. A dial-in number will be provided in the confirmation email following your registration. If more than two people from your organization are attending, we encourage participating as a group using one computer and conference line.
