CMS' RDS Center will be performing system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 9:00AM ET through 9:00PM ET. The Secure Website will be available during this time period. However, please be aware of the following important information regarding Secure Website functionality during this time:
- Retiree Files may be uploaded, however Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS until after system maintenance concludes.
- Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download until after system maintenance concludes.
- Covered Retiree Lists can be requested, however CRLs requested during this time will not be available to view or download until after system maintenance concludes.
- Medicare Part D Enrollment Rejection Notifications will still be available to view per usual.
All Secure Website functionality will be fully restored after system maintenance concludes. CMS' RDS Center apologizes for the inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience while this maintenance is being performed.
