CMS' RDS Center will perform system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, September 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00 PM ET and concluding Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. The SWS will be available during this time with the following limitations until after system maintenance concludes: Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS; Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download; and Covered Retiree Lists requested during this time will not be available to view or download. CMS’ New Medicare Card Project

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published a memorandum (updated 9/25/2017) regarding the New Medicare Card Project. Please review this memorandum for an overview of the project and how it will affect RDS Plan Sponsors and Vendors.
