CMS' RDS Center will perform system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, September 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00 PM ET and concluding Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. The SWS will be available during this time with the following limitations until after system maintenance concludes: Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS; Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download; and Covered Retiree Lists requested during this time will not be available to view or download. Thank you for your patience. 

Delay in Retiree Processing

Plan Sponsors and Vendors that have submitted retiree files to CMS’ RDS Center since December 9, 2016 are currently experiencing a delay in receiving Retiree Response Files. CMS' RDS Center apologizes for the inconvenience. We thank you for your patience while this matter is being resolved.

CMS' RDS Center will notify Plan Sponsors and Vendors when Retiree Response Files become available.
