CMS' RDS Center will perform system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, September 18, 2026, beginning at 9:00 PM ET and concluding Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. The SWS will be available during this time with the following limitations until after system maintenance concludes: Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS; Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download; and Covered Retiree Lists requested during this time will not be available to view or download. Telephone Support Through CMS' RDS Center Help Line to Discontinue After March 27, 2015

On February 3, 2015, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced it will be discontinuing telephone support through CMS' RDS Center Help Line in March 2015 and an exact date would be provided soon. CMS has now determined that telephone support will no longer be available after March 27, 2015.
