CMS' RDS Center will perform system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website on Friday, September 12, 2025, beginning at 9:00PM ET and concluding Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 10:00AM ET. The SWS will be available during this time with the following limitations until after system maintenance concludes: Retiree Files uploaded during this time will not appear on the SWS; Weekly Notification Files and Retiree Response Files will not be available for download; and Covered Retiree Lists requested during this time will not be available to view or download. New Secure Website Feature - My RDS Email

Program Components:

A new “My RDS Email” feature is now live in the RDS Secure Website. The My RDS Email page displays the history of email sent to you by CMS’ RDS Center. This history includes any correspondence generated from January 2015 through the present day. Users can now read RDS program email or CMS’ RDS Center responses to inquiry email and support requests in the Secure Website without opening or navigating to external email accounts. 

To access this feature, select the My RDS Email link in the Top Navigation menu of the RDS Secure Website. For more information and step-by-step instructions, refer to My RDS Email in the RDS User Guide.
