CMS' RDS Center will be performing system maintenance from approximately 8:00 AM EST to 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday, 5/22/2024. The RDS Secure Website will be available during this time; however, Retiree Files and Cost Report Files submitted via the Connect:Direct (mainframe) data submission method will not be processed. This outage affects all RDS plan sponsors and vendors who use the Connect:Direct (mainframe) data submission method. Full file processing functionality will be restored after system maintenance concludes.

New Secure Website Feature - My RDS Email

A new “My RDS Email” feature is now live in the RDS Secure Website. The My RDS Email page displays the history of email sent to you by CMS’ RDS Center. This history includes any correspondence generated from January 2015 through the present day. Users can now read RDS program email or CMS’ RDS Center responses to inquiry email and support requests in the Secure Website without opening or navigating to external email accounts. 

To access this feature, select the My RDS Email link in the Top Navigation menu of the RDS Secure Website. For more information and step-by-step instructions, refer to My RDS Email in the RDS User Guide.
