Critical Information About RDS Overpayment-Related E-mails

CMS' RDS Center will send critical e-mails regarding overpayments made to RDS Plan Sponsors, from the following e-mail address: rdspayment@cms.hhs.gov. It is imperative that you take the necessary steps to ensure that any e-mails from that address will be received by you and do not get marked as "Spam" or automatically deleted for any other reason. In addition, rdspayment@cms.hhs.gov is a notification-only e-mail address that does not monitor incoming e-mail. Please do not send e-mails to this address.

When sending a check or money order to CMS' RDS Center to return any overpayments made to a Plan Sponsor, please make the check or money order payable to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Mail your check or money order to the following address:

Attn: Overpayments
PO Box 6865
Towson, MD 21204

Please include your Plan Sponsor ID on the check or money order.

Plan Sponsors will receive e-mail confirmation of receipt of any such check or money order.
