  • E-mail the RDS Help Line. E-mail CMS' RDS Center Help Line at rds@cms.hhs.gov. The RDS Help Line will respond with an e-mail reply or a phone call depending on the nature of the inquiry. If the inquiry is about a specific RDS application, please be sure to include the following information in an e-mail: Your Name, Your E-mail Address, Your Phone Number, Plan Sponsor Name, Plan Sponsor ID, and Application ID. Please do not include any Personal Health Information (PHI) in the e-mail.
  • How To Information. Please consult the How To documents located on the RDS Program Web Site for RDS Program procedural issues.  Answers to many questions about participating in the RDS Program are provided here. 
  • Common Questions. Please consult the Common Questions located on the RDS Program Web Site.  Answers to many questions are provided here. 
  • RDS Program Search. Search the RDS Program Web Site using the search box on the top right-hand side of most screens.
  • RDS FOIA Unit. Any Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests concerning the RDS Program should be submitted in accordance with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services' FOIA guidelines, located online at http://www.hhs.gov/foia.
