CMS' RDS Center will be performing system maintenance on the RDS Secure Website from Friday, December 7, 2018 at 8:00PM ET through Monday, December 10, 2018 at 8:00AM ET. During this time, the RDS Secure Website, Retiree Processing, Cost Reporting, Payment Processing, and the RDS Program Website will be unavailable.
In order to prepare for this maintenance, Retiree Processing will be temporarily suspended on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 and will resume on Monday, December 10, 2018. Files submitted during this timeframe will be received but will be held until processing resumes on Monday, December 10, 2018. Plan Sponsors will experience a delay of approximately one week in processing times and receiving response files.
