In the September 9, 2005 Federal Register, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a notice requesting extension of the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) Application and Instructions, a collection currently approved under Office of Management and Budget (OMB) emergency clearance [CMS-10156 (OMB#:0938-0957)]. Comments on the collection must be submitted to CMS by November 8, 2005.
